• We will phone and e-mail you regarding major substitutions, if you are unavailable we will wait for your instructions until the very last minute, if you have not contacted us in the time frame to deliver your order on the delivery date specified we will act with our best intentions and let you know by e-mail as to what we have altered.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

• Your order can be cancelled before the item is delivered to the person who addressed to attend the delivery. This will be considering the category and feature of the item and the time.

• We May Sometimes Cancel the Order & Refund your Money Back To Your Account Depending On The Stock Availability at our vendors.

• When the order is cancelled your money is returned to you without delay. if your orders is breach our terms the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded. The refund will be credited in your accounts in 2-3 Business days.

• All the money transaction would be only accepted by the PAYPAL and the refunded money also credited in your account through PAYPAL.
